its dialed but i still need to ride it more just put this all together couple days ago. My only problem is I changed from using a 20" to a 21" and its a big difference. its harder to 180 and 3 now, so if you get a frame make sure you get the right size

Pretty sure that's a Haro 29/9 conversion wheel set.
